All presentations will be recorded for those who are unable to attend in person and will be disseminated following the conference conclusion.

The Fetal Therapy Nurse Network (FTNN) reserves the right to cancel or postpone this conference if necessary; in the event of cancellation, course fees will be fully refunded.
The FTNN is not responsible for other costs incurred such as non-refundable airline tickets or hotel penalties.
Prior to the conference, registration may be changed, transferred, or canceled upon written request only.
For registration fees to be refunded less a 20% administrative processing fee, cancellations must be received on or before May 23rd, 2025.
No refunds will be made after May 23rd, 2025.
Registrants are responsible for canceling their own travel and hotel reservations.

Our Keynote Speaker
FTNN is proud to introduce Deborah Olson, our keynote speaker. She will be closing our conference on June 24th with a heartwarming presentation titled The Healing Power of Girlfriends.
Deborah will be available at the conclusion of the conference for book signings should you choose to purchase a book in advance and bring to the site for the author to sign
Please note: no books will be available for purchase on site.
The FTNN rate is $179.00 per night and the block is for June 22nd and 23rd, 2025.
The hospital will provide shuttle service to and from hotel and conference site.

1st Annual Fetal Therapy Nurse Network Conference: Integrating Holistic Approaches into Fetal Care June 23rd & 24th, 2025

Dear Health Care Professionals,
The Fetal Therapy Nurse Network invites you to submit a poster abstract for our upcoming 1st Annual Conference: Integrating Holistic Approaches into Fetal Care on June 23rd & 24th, 2025. We are excited to announce that we will host poster sessions on June 24th from 10:25 AM to 10:55 AM. Please find the attached agenda.
This will be a hybrid event, and selected poster presenters will be required to submit an electronic version of their poster for virtual attendees. We are seeking submissions that explore scholarly work in fetal care. Whether you're sharing research findings, presenting a clinical study, or discussing a topic of interest, we encourage abstracts that are state-of-the-art, evidence-based, and designed to challenge healthcare professionals at all levels of expertise.

We welcome poster submissions in all areas related to fetal care, including, but not limited to:
Medical, Nursing, Genetic, Social Work, Respiratory Care, and other health disciplines
Patient and Family Education
Interprofessional Education
We aim to showcase the diversity of work within fetal therapy, so abstracts from any of the following types of projects are encouraged:
Evidence-based practice projects
Clinical research studies
Quality improvement initiatives
Educational issues in fetal care

Abstracts will be evaluated based on the following:
Relevance to the conference theme
Well-defined statement of the problem
Clear research methods

Contribution to the advancement of fetal therapy and care
Given limited space, we aim to select posters that reflect a diverse range of disciplines (e.g., nursing, genetics, social work) while demonstrating high scientific merit.

Selected posters will have the opportunity to be presented both in-person on the garden level and virtually for remote attendees.
